Camera-ready Submissions

Please find below instructions for submitting your camera-ready paper for COMSWARE 2009. Please note that this process must be completed by 14th May 2009.

1. Papers must be in the ACM format for conference proceedings. Information on this format and links to templates are available on the COMSWARE website: http://www.comsware.org/submit.shtml
2. Please apply ACM Computing Classification categories and terms. The templates provide space for this indexing. The ACM computing classification scheme is available at http://www.acm.org/about/class/1998
3. Ensure the following ACM copyright statement appears at the bottom first page left column of your paper:
   "Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee.

4. Complete the ACM copyright corm http://www.comsware.org/docs/CopyRelease.pdf and return by fax using cover sheet ( http://www.comsware.org/docs/FaxDetails.pdf ) to Éamonn Linehan, Publications Chair, COMSWARE 2009, +353-1-6772204
5. The first corresponding author has received an invitation from ICST ASSYST to upload your camera ready manuscript. If this email has not been received, please contact Eamonn.Linehan@lero.ie. A guide to using ASSYST is available here: http://www.comsware.org/docs/SubmitGuide.pdf

NOTE: ASSYST requires that you are registered to attend the conference before uploading your paper.

NOTE: Failure to comply with the instructions above may result in your paper not appearing on the proceedings CD, or in the digital library. Your camera-ready paper must be uploaded and copyright form returned by 14th May 2009.
